Born and raised in Alabama, U.S.A., Tonya then moved to the Midwest where she learned that cold weather is just not her thing. So in 2013 she decided to leave behind the snowy winters for the Caribbean sun and hasn’t looked back since. She brought the Southern hospitality with her though, so when you see her around the shop be sure to introduce yourself.

Kody first learned to dive in Illinois, U.S.A., but quickly made his way to the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean. He worked as a divemaster at Auburn University where he went to college and then in the Florida Keys. Briefly returning to Illinois to complete his instructor training, Corn Island is now his “diving home.” His contributions aren’t limited to diving, however; Kody helped to develop the menu for our café and is always open to hearing your suggestions and comments.
